Ingredients:

  • 2 cups garbanzo beans soaked and cooked
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika for garnish

Directions:

  • In a food processor, combine beans, garlic, tahini, olive oil, and spinach.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice and sea salt. Process until mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle with a garnish of paprika.
