Ingredients:
2cupsgarbanzo beanssoaked and cooked
3garlic cloves
2tablespoonstahini paste
2tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
1/2cupbaby spinach(optional)
1/4cuplemon juice
1/4teaspoonsea salt(optional)
1/2teaspoonpaprika for garnish
Directions:
In a food processor, combine beans, garlic, tahini, olive oil, and spinach.
Blend until smooth.
Add lemon juice and sea salt. Process until mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle with a garnish of paprika.
