Ingredients
- 1/4 avocado about 2 tablespoons
- 8 ounces almond milk unsweetened
- 1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts or almonds
- 1 tablespoon raw coconut unsweetened and shaved
- 1 scoop sugar-free chocolate protein powder (I prefer pea or rice protein sweetened with stevia -use 2 scoops for large men)
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried greens
- 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao unsweetened
- 1 dropper full chocolate-flavored liquid stevia
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 1 banana slightly green
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs unsweetened
- fiber
- bee pollen
- aloe gel

Turn blender on low at first, then increase speed. Blend until smooth.

Add additional water or almond milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.

Pour into glasses and serve cold.
Recipe Notes
This is a favorite with children and a great way to introduce them to greens and raw food. Start out using only avocado. As your children get used to drinking smoothies try adding a small amount of spinach. They will likely never notice.
