I have had a very busy summer and missed a few weeks of the class. When traveling I left my supplements at home and also ate junk food–not a lot but I did. I could definitely tell the difference in my energy, sleep, and even had some pain in my knee. Back home and on track with supplements, hydration, eating right, and getting caught up on the video lessons. That is a victory that I didn’t just give up, but chose to get back on the program.
