Women Warriors …Unbeatable!

I’m thrilled to be speaking at the California Women’s Conference on May 19, and I hope to see you there. This is an inspirational, stellar event that has attracted a gathering of luminaries including Arianna Huffington, Jane Pauley, Jack (“Chicken Soup for the Soul”) Canfield, actor Rosie Perez, and many more accomplished and successful women (and men) from just about every field you can name.
This action packed, two day event is a gathering of women warriors who can share with you their successes and failures and what they’ve learned along the way. That kind of insight and information is priceless, whatever your goals.

My husband, Daniel Amen, M.D., and I will be presenting about “Unleashing The Power Of The Female Heart, Soul, and Brain To Thrive”. I’m going to focus on how to optimize the female brain through a healthy lifestyle. We know that food can be our best medicine or worst enemy. The typical Western diet of bad fat, salt, and sugar (think cheeseburgers, fries, and sodas) promotes inflammation in the body – and brain. It is linked to depression, attention deficit disorder, dementia, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity.  We can change that now. Study after study shows us how powerful a healthy diet can be in reducing the risks of illness, even depression. Even Alzheimer’s disease!

What price can you put on feeling amazing?

Daniel and I also reserved a table on the main floor where the keynote speakers will be presenting. This is where the action is! We still have three seats left. These tickets normally sell for $750, but the folks at CWC are allowing us to offer them to our fans for $250. If you would like to reserve a seat at our table, just click on the link (remember, there are only three seats left!)

The roots of the conference go back to 1985 when the failure rate of businesses owned by women was unacceptably high. Times have changed, and today the annual California Women’s Conference aims to empower all women to make a difference in their communities and in our world, and to pass it on.

This is also an amazing networking opportunity for women in business. No matter what you do, there will be something there for you. Take a look at the program.

Come to the California Women’s Conference. I would love to see you, and I’m sure you’ll take home some powerful insights that can change your outlook, maybe change your life. Women warriors are well worth listening to, including this warrior for your health.

This is a program you can’t afford to miss.
