Ingredients:
1fresh mangoseeded, and roughly chopped
1/2banana
1/2cupbaby spinach leaves
2kale leaves
1handfulice
1scoop freeze-dried greens
2tablespoonsflax seeds
1 1/2teaspoonscoconut butter
2scoops vanilla-flavored protein powder
2packets mango-flavored stevia(Sweet 'n Natural brand can be ordered online)
8ouncesunsweetened almond milk or coconut water
8ouncescold purified water(add water for desired consistency)
1tablespoonprebiotic soluble fiber(optional)
2teaspoonsmaca root powder(optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl.
Mix for about 30 seconds. Do not over-blend.
Pour into two large glasses and serve.
