Ingredients:
12ozcashewsraw organic
3-4lemonsjuiced
1tspsalt
Directions:
Soak the cashews ideally at least 8 hours.
Drain and rinse and put in a high-powered blender with fresh cold water just to cover the cashews. Blend on high for a minute or so until smooth and creamy. (You want a thick yogurt consistency)
Add in Lemon Juice and salt and blend.
