Ingredients:
1cupcilantropacked
1cupextra-virgin olive oil
1/8teaspoonall-purpose seasoning
Directions:
Bring 1 quart of water to a boil. Dunk cilantro in hot water for about 5 seconds. Remove cilantro from water and rinse with cold water immediately (this is called blanching). Squeeze water from cilantro.
Place cilantro and olive oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Season with all-purpose seasoning mix.
