    Ingredients
    • 2cups garbanzo beanssoaked and cooked
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 2tablespoons tahini paste
    • 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1/2cup baby spinach(optional)
    • 1/4cup lemon juice
    • 1/4teaspoon sea salt(optional)
    • 1/2teaspoon paprika for garnish
    Instructions
    1. In a food processor, combine beans, garlic, tahini, olive oil, and spinach.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Add lemon juice and sea salt. Process until mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
    4. Sprinkle with a garnish of paprika.
