    Ingredients
    • 1tablespoon paprikasmoked or regular
    • 2tablespoons ancho chile
    • 1tablespoon oregano
    • 1tablespoon coriander
    • 1tablespoon cumin
    • 1tablespoon onion powder
    • 1tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1/2tablespoon turmeric
    • 1/2tablespoon cinnamon
    • 2tablespoons coconut oil
    • 1large yellow onion(about 2 cups – small dice)
    • 2lbs ground turkeydark
    • 1can tomatoes – fire roasted
    • 1 limejuiced
    • salt & pepperto taste
    Instructions
    1. In a small bowl, combine all spices: paprika, ancho chile, oregano, coriander, cumin, onion, garlic, turmeric, cinnamon.
    2. In a large sauté pan or skillet over high heat, sauté the yellow onions in coconut oil until lightly caramelized.
    3. Reduce the heat to medium, add in the spice mix, and toast about 30 seconds.
    4. Add the ground dark turkey and mix the seasoning in well while breaking up the meat.
    5. Return the flame to high and cook the turkey thoroughly.
    6. Add fire roasted tomatoes and juice of 1 lime.
    7. You can add a bit of water to the mix to create a sauce (about 1/4-1/2 cup of water).
