    Ingredients
    • 1 fresh mangoseeded, and roughly chopped
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1/2cup baby spinach leaves
    • 2 kale leaves
    • 1handful ice
    • 1scoop freeze-dried greens
    • 2tablespoons flax seeds
    • 1 1/2teaspoons coconut butter
    • 2scoops vanilla-flavored pea protein powdersweetened with stevia
    • 2packets mango-flavored stevia(Sweet ‘n Natural brand can be ordered online)
    • 8ounces unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
    • 8ounces cold purified water(add water for desired consistency)
    • 1tablespoon prebiotic soluble fiber(optional)
    • 2teaspoons maca root powder(optional)
    Instructions
    1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl.
    2. Mix for about 30 seconds. Do not over-blend.
    3. Pour into two large glasses and serve.
