    Ingredients
    • 1cup cilantropacked
    • 1cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1/8teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
    Instructions
    1. Bring 1 quart of water to a boil. Dunk cilantro in hot water for about 5 seconds. Remove cilantro from water and rinse with cold water immediately (this is called blanching). Squeeze water from cilantro.
    2. Place cilantro and olive oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    3. Season with all-purpose seasoning mix.
    Recipe Notes

    The oil keeps 1 week in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
