Chloe’s Favorite Chicken Wings

    Ingredients
    • 1teaspoon onion powder
    • 1teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1teaspoons ancho or chipotle chile powderto desired spiciness – less for most kids
    • 2tablespoons smoked paprika
    • 1/4teaspoon cinnamon(optional)
    • 1/2teaspoon black pepper(optional)
    • sea salt(optional) to taste
    • 2dozen chicken wings or mini drumsticksfree-range
    • 2tablespoons macadamia nut oil or avacado oil
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. Blend spices together in small mixing bowl.
    3. Place chicken wings in large mixing bowl and coat all pieces thoroughly with oil.
    4. Toss chicken with spice blend. Be sure to cover all pieces lightly and evenly with the spice blend.
    5. Place chicken in baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
    6. Serve hot.
