Cashew “Sour Cream”

    Ingredients
    • 12oz cashewsraw organic
    • 3-4 lemonsjuiced
    • 1tsp salt
    Instructions
    1. Soak the cashews ideally at least 8 hours.
    2. Drain and rinse and put in a high-powered blender with fresh cold water just to cover the cashews. Blend on high for a minute or so until smooth and creamy. (You want a thick yogurt consistency)
    3. Add in Lemon Juice and salt and blend.
