    Ingredients
    • 1/2cup fresh pomegranate seeds — use any fresh organic berry in place of pomegranate if necessary
    • 1/2cup frozen strawberries or other berries of your choice
    • 1/2cup baby spinach leaves
    • 2leaves kale torn from stalk (discard the thick stalk and use only the leafy portion)
    • 1scoop freeze-dried greens
    • 2tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1tablespoon coconut butter
    • 2scoops vanilla-flavored pea protein powdersweetened with stevia
    • 1-2droppers full vanilla- or pomegranate-flavored stevia
    • 16ounces iced tea— I prefer oolong or white tea – prepare in advance and refrigerate
    • 8ounces cold purified wateradd more purified water for desired consistency
    • 1handful of ice
    • 2tablespoons pomegranate powderfound in health food stores, (optional)
    • 1tablespoon prebiotic soluble fiber(optional)
    Instructions
    1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl.
    2. Mix for about 30 seconds. Do not over-blend.
    3. Pour into two large glasses and serve.
