If you have a health issue, maybe an addiction, and you feel that there is no hope and that you’re alone, I want to introduce you to my most challenging client.
This is a middle-aged woman with a twenty-year history of recurrent cancer. She also had an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder when she was a child. She was hospitalized a lot, had multiple surgeries, she went through six months of serious depression, mood swings, digestive issues…
At one point, her doctors had given her prescriptions for nine different medications. That’s when she said, “I’m done. I want a better way.” She asked her doctors what her options were. One of her doctors said there was nothing she could do because she was dealt a bad genetic hand.
She still wanted to know if there was a better way. Her other doctor told her that she was in denial, and maybe she should see a psychiatrist to help her learn to accept and move forward.
Well, I wouldn’t accept it, but I did move forward.
You see—that most challenging client was me.
Those were some pretty challenging times. It wasn’t always easy. But entering the depth and despair of pain is what led me to where I am today.
I came up with The Omni Diet out of desperation. This new way of eating changed my life because I learned how to use food to heal my body from the inside out.
Your body is like a chemistry lab. Everything you put on the end of your fork matters.
I’m now in my late forties, and I’m now the healthiest I have ever been. I have the most energy I’ve ever had. And now I am determined to help as many other people as I can to realize that their history doesn’t have to be their destiny.

Samantha Bennet, a Stage 3 Breast Cancer survivor says:
“Thank you so much for sharing your story. I too have heard the “Bad Genetics story over and over.
As a 32 year old, I fought and won Stage 3 Breast Cancer, and since that time I have always thought of food as medicine and have continuously worked to gain knowledge to feed my body.
It has been 12 years since my battle and I continue to pay the price for my genetics and my treatments, I do believe my food choices have kept me cancer free.
I appreciate the fact that you have placed these tools in one place and I look forward to utilizing these tools that you have worked so hard to share.”
