- 1 cup cilantro packed
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
- Bring 1 quart of water to a boil. Dunk cilantro in hot water for about 5 seconds. Remove cilantro from water and rinse with cold water immediately (this is called blanching). Squeeze water from cilantro.
- Place cilantro and olive oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Season with all-purpose seasoning mix.
