Ask Tana: Stop Feeling Hungry By Getting Your Diet Right

This is my favorite question by far, because I get it so often:
“I feel hungry even after I have just eaten. Are there foods I can eat that will actually tell my brain that I am full?”
Sound familiar?
We spend a lot of time on this in our weight-loss classes and our online community, Brain Fit Life (http://bit.ly/1bBblkH) and in
The Omni Diet (http://bit.ly/1Hx4mGp). So I’m going to touch on this today, and send you away with some pearls.
Good health and weight loss starts in your brain, not on your plate.
Did you just have an ah-ha moment? Good. That sentence is worth reading again.
The Atkins Diet, Weight Watchers, The South Beach diet…a lot of these commercial diets don’t work for so many people because they start at your plate instead of your brain. You see, it’s the type of brain you have that makes all the difference in the world.
Haven’t you ever wondered why you can’t walk by your favorite forbidden food without eating it, even though you weren’t all that hungry?
(D.I.E.T. should stand for “Did I eat that?!”)
Some people say that you need to control your mouth if want to lose weight. Well what controls your mouth? Your brain!
If you want to lose weight as easy as you lose your car keys and cell phone, this week’s video will be great for you. It’s not going to be about calories (what a welcome relief!) It’s not going to be about initially eating less food. It’s about eating RIGHT.
Young or old, when we have brain issues, we have weight issues. Control your brain, and you can control your weight.
In the video, I will tell you about two foods that will help send a signal to your brain that you are full and satisfied.

Not only will you and your scale be good friends again, you’re going to love looking in the mirror and feeling good about what you see!
